On January 14, 2017, Eilish released an EP with four remixes of "Ocean Eyes". That month, Eilish released the track "Bored" as part of the soundtrack to the Netflix series 13 Reasons Why. In March, Apple Music also showcased Eilish at the South by Southwest music festival.
